5.83 - Bug fixes
Fixed: changing flag size or padding would also change the clock size in a one-column layout
Fixed: clock size increased by 2 on every program start, when a one-column layout was set
Fixed: time zones for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Falkland Isles
